Terms of Use
Using the All Ireland Travel website should be done so with responsibility and care. Information on this site is there as a convenience to the user and all pages should be read in full so that the user is aware of the full extent of services.

Should the user chose to submit credit details to open an account with All Ireland Travel this is considered a contract between the client and All Ireland Travel. All Ireland Travel will endeavor to satisfy its contractual obligation but will not be held accountable if a clients request cannot be met. It is the clients responsibility to stay in contact with All Ireland Travel at all times whether through email or by telephone to ensure that their account is being maintained efficiently.

All Ireland Travel will not be held responsible for server/service outages, hardware/software damage, loss of access to the internet or any other thing that would cause a disruption in contact. Once a contract has been established, see above, All Ireland Travel will proceed in fulfilling its end of the contract and will do everything within its power to ensure that contact is maintained. If, for any reason, the client fails to hear from All Ireland Travel regarding their contract it is the clients responsibility to contact All Ireland Travel to be sure that everything is in order.

For example, if the client contracts for an accommodation booking, All Ireland Travel will make every effort to see that this is done. If, however, there is any reason the client has not received a confirmation within reasonable time, it is the clients responsibility to contact All Ireland Travel to ensure that the booking has been made. If All Ireland Travel cannot be contacted the client is responsible for contacting the accommodation, if a specific one has been discussed, to ensure that the booking has been made.

In the event that All Ireland Travel will not be available for services there will be a message put up on the website homepage to this effect. Any enquiries made to All Ireland Travel will be answered in the time noted on the the homepage message. All Ireland Travel will not be held responsible for any booking enquiries that have been requested during the away time, regardless of the inconvenience to the client.
